In accordance with WA State Proclamation 20-28.15 as it pertains to the Open Public Meeting Act, the Kitsap Public Facilities District will offer in-person and remote meeting options via Zoom webinars, until the proclamation is amended or rescinded.

The regularly scheduled meetings are normally held in one of four locations with BKAT recording and broadcast capability: The Commissioners Chambers in the County Administration Building; Bainbridge Island City Hall, Poulsbo City Hall, or the Norm Dicks Government Center
The meetings will typically be held on the fourth Monday of the month for the months of February, March, April, June, July, August, and October. The meetings in January, May, and September may be on the third Monday, to avoid a conflict with the Board of Commissioners meetings. Except for November & December, when a single meeting is held on the first or second Monday of December.
Special Meetings may be scheduled between Regular Meetings and maybe at a different location.
